Cher Brasok is the Founder of Connect to your Calm and she has been working as a Wellness Facilitator in Alberta since 2016.
12 years ago, stress had destroyed her physical and mental health and her recovery was dependant on learning how to better cope. She's spent the last decade studying and researching stress & burnout from physical, emotional, neurological and intellectual perspectives. Her body of work integrates skills and research from experts in the fields of neurology, positive psychology, western medicine, eastern medicine, naturopathic medicine, energy medicine and mindfulness.
Her workshops have helped hundreds of teachers who are feeling so stressed out that it's affecting their health, job and life satisfaction. She's worked with students whose stresses are affecting their success and enjoyment of school. The techniques she shares work for anyone, of any age, in any industry. She's been on an amazing journey and is excited to share what she has learned ... all in the spirit of helping people of all ages develop healthy habits for their physical and emotional wellbeing.
